Fall Yoga Care with Michelle Heron

Wednesday Evenings – October 22 & 29 and November 12 & 19

7:00-8:00 PM, In-Person in the Lower Level Meeting Room

Classes are free and open to all to join; however, separate registration is required for each session, see below.

Join local yoga teacher, Michelle Heron, as she leads a 4-week, evening yoga series. Fall back into yoga and the season of letting go, grounding, and turning inward by reconnecting with a gentle movement practice. As the days get shorter and cooler, calm the nervous system with meditation and focused breathing practices. Each hour-long session will include slower paced yoga, mindful meditation, breath awareness, quiet moments, and rest as resources for stress relief and community connection.

Classes will be held in-person in the Lower Level Meeting Room. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.  Suggested props for additional comfort: towel/blanket, strap, yoga blocks, pad for knee cushioning, and an optional eye pillow.  Please allow yourself extra time for parking and settling into class prior to the start time.
