Register online through Beanstack to track your reading online or through the app. You can also sign up in person at the registration table in the Children’s Room on June 21-25. Either way, make sure to stop in at the Children’s Room to pick up your registration goodies!

Log Your Reading and Activities
The goal is to read every day for at least 15-20 minutes and to get outside and complete 5 fun activities throughout the summer. You can log your reading and activities on our paper log or on Beanstack. Each week that you read 15-20 minutes every day, you can come into the library and pick out an Off the Beaten Path button!

There are also activities for you to complete with family and friends. Pick at least 5 activities you want to do that will get you outside to have fun.

To complete the Summer Reading Challenge, you need to read about 100 minutes a week (15-20 minutes a day) for a total of 500 minutes and to complete at least 5 activities. Be sure to check in with the Children’s Room when you finish!

Help Us Complete Our Challenge!
Our goal in the Children’s Room is to read 250,000 minutes all together. Your minutes help us reach that goal – we need everyone’s help! You can track the progress of our reading journey on our tracker near the Children’s Circulation Desk.
